I'm Nicholas Kruus, an incoming Ellison Scholar at the University of Oxford. I'm focused on solving our greatest challenges using policy, economics, and ethics.

Currently, I'm collaborating with an economist at the International Monetary Fund on a report to improve World Bank pollution forecasts, publishing a paper on how uncertainty about the future affects the cost-effectiveness of solutions to large-scale problems, and creating a China-focused version of a US-based, Time-exclusive survey on youth's views of risks from artificial intelligence.
